Terms and Conditions
Dotori is registered in India with legal name of “Hana Hospitality Pvt Ltd. The following terms and conditions listed below will apply between you and Dotori for the sale and purchase of the items ordered or purchased from Dotori either online, via phone or face to face.
Availability of goods and services
Goods will be delivered to you at the address given by you at the time of order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that occasionally, goods ordered may be sent to you in installments. In that case, we will make every effort to inform you via phone or email if this is the case. There may be additional charges to cover the cost of delivery, in which case you will be informed at time of checkout or after checkout. If you would rather pickup your order than have it delivered, to collect your order for no additional charge.
We make every attempt to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, however discrepancies may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods already ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and ask that you reconfirm your order at the correct price, whilst also giving you the option to cancel it. If we are unsuccessful in contacting you we will consider the order cancelled. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. In case of Bakery, Vegetables and milk items, we may charge full if not delivered or accepted by customer.
Delivery is currently available in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida without any charges with gross value of the product exceeding 2000 Rs. Below 2000 Rs we may charge extra for deliveries. We do deliver all over India with cost of sending charges and package cost extra. Delivery other than Delhi and NCR, we inform latter about the cost of package and courier.
By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.
Acknowledgement of Order
When you have completed your order you will be sent an e-mail confirmation. It will state what the products are on order, the total cost including GST (where appropriate), and delivery fee (where appropriate) and invoice details. On the rare occasion that your order cannot be processed, a member of the customer services team will contact you to explain the nature of the difficulty.
Dotori will never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes. We will keep a record of your contact details with the intention of sending your order. Information you enter into our registration forms may be collected and stored briefly by us so that we may contact you in relation to the nature of your attempted transaction, even if you do not confirm the transaction. This may be used to send operational emails to enquire as to why the purchase was not completed. We will not use this data for any other purpose, we will not share it with any other company. Our aim is simply to provide you with the highest level of service that we can.
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, your order will not be accepted and Dotori will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Dotori will do it’s very best to ensure that goods are delivered to you in great condition. We would love to hear from you about the condition of goods. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase from Dotori, please contact us. We will work together to make sure you are a happy customer.
Dotori shall have no liability to client in the case of failure to deliver goods or delay caused by any event or circumstance beyond it’s reasonable control including flood, fire, earthquake, war, strike or criminal activity prevents the Dotori team from delivering your products.
