In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil, cumin seeds, chopped onion and chopped green chilli. Saute it well.
Saute it till the onions turn translucent.
In a vessel, boil a potato with water and a pinch of salt.
Add mashed potato and boiled corn kernels. Add red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder and salt.
Add this mixture to the onion and saute it well. Switch off the flame and keep it aside.
Take a samosa patti sheet, make a cone shape out of it.
Fill the stuffing and stick all the corners using maida paste. To make the paste add a little water to the maida.
Heat oil in a kadai and fry the samosas until golden brown.
Serve hot with sauce.
